Refund Policy

All refunds are given in the form of store credits or exchanges. In order to be eligible, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of order delivery. We do not provide a prepaid return label. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your return. The money will be applied as a store credit or will be exchanged for another item within our store. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
